Our 2.5m x 2.5m garden room externally finished in western red cedar timber cladding.
Each premium composite garden room is constructed using extra heavy wall and floor timbers. With fully insulated walls, roof and floor and complete with a waterproof vapour barrier wrap and breathable walls.
All our garden rooms are lined with an oriented strand board timber and the floor is covered with industrial grade T&G timber floor boarding complete with heavy duty laminate flooring and skirting boards.
Each garden room is supplied with a dark grey (anthracite) PVCu 2.4m sliding door section and a wide opening window. Double glazing and insurance approved locks are included as standard.
Each garden room comes with a complete electrics package, including a consumer unit, 4 x double electrical sockets, LED light panel and a light switch.
Western Red Cedar is well known for its warm, rich colouring, ranging from pale honey and pink tones to deep reddish-browns.
